A handwritten note addressed to Helen H. Aten from Woodrow W. Aten at Camp Barkeley says "Dear Helen & all- Arrived safely at 2/38 3 July, had a nice trip. The weather we relatively cool and had on partial flap - a small nail. Drove 133 miles the first day- Woodrow."
