Tax refund check in the amount of $10.65 sent to Hazel Nunn of Sweetwater, Texas. The check has the date, the amount paid, name of recipient, and instructions to "not fold, spindle or mutilate." Also included is the envelope it was delivered in, which says: "U. S. Treasury Department Division of Disbursement."
