District will hire an architect

That decision, made by the
school board at last night's
regular meeting, is considered
a major step toward eventually
putting the matter before the
voters.
Superintendent Carl Waddle
was authorized to get an ar-
chitect's estimate of the dollar

Festival, it was announced this
week.
Prizes wil! be awarded tn
three categories - tricycles,
bicyclists from ages four to
seven, and those from eight to
