Re: Submittal of Region H 2016 Regional Water Plan
Dear Mr. Patteson:The Region H Water Planning Group (RHWPG) met in a regular meeting on November 4, 2015
to consider the adoption and submittal of a finalized Regional Water Plan (RWP) for Region H
following the submittal, receipt, and consideration of comments in the Initially Prepared Plan
(IPP). In accordance with that meeting and the decisions of the RHWPG, the following
materials are being transmitted to the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) in fulfillment
of the RHWPG's obligations for the 2016 round of regional planning:
" Final, complete RWP for Region H, adopted by the RHWPG on November 4, 2015,
including:
o Nine printed copies,
o Two electronic copies in Portable Document Format (PDF) and Microsoft
Office versions, and
o Electronic copies of all files on which the RWP is based.
" Geographic Information System spatial data and metadata associated with RWP
development provided in a geographic coordinate system (GCS North America 1983)
with units of decimal degrees.
" Prioritized list of projects included in the 2016 RWP, as approved by the RHWPG on
November 4, 2015.
" Tabular results of the Infrastructure Finance survey conducted for Region H.
" A summary of emergency interconnects identified within Region H approved by the
Region H Executive Committee on November 21, 2014.
