Transcript of interviews with Jean Shepherd, Leon Warner and Fletcher Hickerson. Jean Shepherd and Leon Warner were residents of the Brownwood subdivision in Baytown during Hurricane Alicia. Fletcher Hickerson was the Coordinator of Emergency Services for the City of Baytown at the time of Hurricane Alicia. All three interviewees answer questions and elaborate on their experiences during and after Hurricane Alicia, which caused major damage in the Baytown area.
