The sheriff reported that ov-
er the weekend there was one
drunk case, two for driving
while intoxicated, and an ar-
rest was made far the theft of
a battery from telephone
equipment construction. The
battery was recovered.

The opening night, Wednes-
day, August 20, when the gos-
pel singers perform, has been
designated aa Senior Citizens
Night and all 66 or older will
be admitted free.
The new building 1* expect-
ed to be erected during the
next two wool#. Tommy Bark-
er and hla two helpers have ex-
panded the livestock barn and
with the added space It was de-
cided to expand the entries to
include the adjoining four
count lea and expand the pro-
gram to Include daily breeding
and beef breeding stock. The

County. The queens' pageant
will be followed by a country
