The U.S, Dept, of Agricul-
ture announces a 1975 Agricul-
tural Conservation Program
(ACt^ designed to encourage
the application of enduring toil
and water conservation prac-
tices on the nation's farms.
The program will be adminis-
tered by the Agricultural Sta-
bilization and Conservation
Service (ASCS) through Its
farmer-elected committee
ayitein.
