Description

Message from Viceroy José de Iturrigaray saying that Juan José Pinto is in charge of the Real Asiento de Alumbres for five years. Also included is a letter from Governor Iturbe sent to towns across Mexico, and signed by Spanish officials in those towns acknowledging their having received the correspondence.
