CRISP PARSLEY
Parsley adds a lot to many
dishes, both as a garnish
and when it's chopped and
used for flavor. But nobody
wants to use parsley that’s
wilted and limp. Place any*
parsley that isn’t used right
away in a fruit Jar, close the
lid and store in your refriger-
ator. Than, when you want
parsley that’s fresh and
crisp, just open the jar.
