Mr. WINN) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Com-
mittee on Veterans' Affairs
A BILL
To provide recognition to the Women's Air Forces Service
Pilots for their service to their country during World War
II by deeming such service to have been active duty in the
Armed Forces of the United States for purposes of laws
administered by the Veterans' Administration.
1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 That section 106 of title 38, United States Code, is amended
4 by adding at the end thereof a new subsection as follows:
5 "(f) Service as a member of the Women's Air Forces
6 Service Pilots (a group of Federal civilian employees at-
