1 all laws administered by the Veterans' Administration. Any
2 person who served as a Federal employee in the Women's
3 Air Forces Service Pilots shall be deemed to have been
4 discharged or released from active duty on the date her
5 Federal employment as a pilot in such organization termi-
6 nated, as determined by the Administrator after consultation
7 with the Secretary of the Army.".
8 SEC. 2. No benefits shall be paid to any person for any
9 period prior to the date of enactment of this Act as a result
10 of the amendment made by the first section of this Act.
