Our Bicycles
Link home to your work or school-you can live a mile
from your work and get there easily in 4 minutes—health-
ier and better fun too. Perhaps you don’t know or have
forgotten what a delight cycling is—the mastery of dis-
tance, rythme of motion, reserve power—you are not
merely a passenger, you do it yourself. Let us show you
our late models, the 1916 kind, they will open your eyes
and cause you to say, I never dreamed of such wheels,
and especially at such a ridiculously low prices.

ACCOUNT OF HOHHKKY SENT FROM El'FAL
Ktifiilu, Oct. 27.—The first minstrel train robbery in the his-
tory of the country occurred nine miles north of here early to-
day. Between twelve and fifteen bandits, I heir countenances
black with cork, held up a southbound Katy passenger train.
No. 9, blew open two express safes and escaped with four pack
ages said to contain cheap jewelry, together with several bottles
of whiskey. Five posses with hlo(Klhound.s are pursuing the rob-
bers in an easterly direction. The gang is well mounted, and the
officers have failed to gain on them appreciably. The bandits
crawled over the tender and held up the engineer. The others
ranged along the track and began shooting when the train stop-
ped. The express messenger was told to open the car and got a
finger shot off when he hesitated. The bandits did not molest
the mail or the passengers. The conductor and fireman of the
freight train following were held prisoners until the robbers
(ompleted the .ji»b an hour and a half later. Conductor Cham-
bers said that one of the bandits told him the gang had planni‘d
to stop the train north of the budge, uncouple the engine and
i-xpress cars from the rest of the train, run them oxer the
bridge and then burn the structure, hut that their plans mis-
carried.
