Description: Land deed from G. E. Bushong, A. E. Bushong, J. L. Morehead and E. H. Morehead to Zebulon Jenkins and J. E. M. Yates agreeing to sell a tract of land in Grapevine, Texas for $1,000 paid by Jenkins and Yates. The deed gives Jenkins and Yates "one half undivided interest" to the land; the following paragraph describes the perimeters of the land including in the purchase.
